Schiffweiler, Saarland Germany – Polycine, a leading provider of liquid drug packaging solutions, announces a change in its management structure to ensure a seamless transition and continued focus on driving growth. With effect of 31-July-2023, Rene Groß will step down from his position as Managing Director and CEO at Polycine with mutual agreement. The company, its employees and management board express their gratitude to Mr. Groß for his contributions during his tenure.
Responsibilities previously held by Mr. Groß will ad interim be collectively assumed by the existing members of the management team: Christian Kunz, Sascha Lehmann, and Anant Goenka. Together with Polycine’s majority shareholder Armira, the new Managing Directors will analyse the long-term needs of the company and take further decisions, when required.
